What : 6 friends, roommates and lovers came together last year to start a band who’s started to turn heads these days. Taken from a children’s book by Canadian author Mordecai Richler , Hooded Fang has most recently assembled their first EP (self-titled) from two weeks in June spent recording and mixing in different basements and attics across Toronto. It jumps genres looking for that perfect pop song. Keep an eye on them, Pop Montreal showcase in a couple weeks, as well opening for The Born Ruffians on Nov. 1st. Hey Ben, thanks for the tip.
