“Old Friend” by Sea Wolf, from his latest album Old World Romance.

Taped over several days and nights including an overnight camping trip outside of Santa Barbara and done on a limited budget, the video was a “labor of love” for Church and director Jeff Gardner.  “The song is partially about reconciling with the past while looking toward the future and was inspired by my return to living in California full-time. So it made sense to have a video that was about reconnecting and that featured a journey,” Church told Rolling Stone. “Jeff had me traipsing all over southern California and kept saying, ‘This is going to be killer!’ but I just had to take his word for it because I couldn’t see what he was seeing.”
