Video: “Waiting” by PROGRAM

Check out this stunning video (by Amos LeBlanc) for “Waiting” by Toronto band PROGRAM.  I’ve been following the band for a while now, through their name change from Volcano Playground, and reworking of their songs.  “Waiting” has a new dose of life (and production) via the producer David Newfeld (Broken Social Scene) from his Stars and Suns studio.  The band had this to say about the song.

“Waiting is a highly personal song. It’s about perfectionism, self doubt, depression, being a late bloomer. The final lines are about being beat up and cut to shreds, and being forever taped back together. I’ve seen wonderful people get knocked down, and never get back up, and it’s always tragic.”
