‘I was better then, I was better before you’, exhales Jackson Phillips the Lead Singer for LA duo Carousel.  The Berklee graduates synth sounds wade through their third released track from their upcoming EP titled Palms.  Even though their sentiment is rather weighted and heavy (lyrically) the melody is rousingly dreamy and completely lovely easy-listening, isn’t it?
