Disclosure’s blend of House, R&B, and Pop combined for “Settle”, arguably one of the best dance records of 2013. With their latest track, “Apollo“, brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence pull back on the pop sensibility that made their singles fly up the charts in Europe and boost up the pumps and repetition. What we’re left with is a rhythmic homage to the London House scene that’s way too easy to submerge yourself into.
