As soon as I finish this post, I’m heading back into the sun. What a great day here in Toronto. I’ll be in the dome tonight watching the Jays lose another to Boston. I’ll probably have one of Vivek Shraya‘s songs playing in my head.
Check out Chemistry. Sounds kind of like a mix between Hawksley Workman and Trent Reznor (thanks Ian for that description).
Vivek’s a Toronto based musician who’s been writing great electro-pop numbers for a couple of years. Check out a another off his yet to be released record If We’re Not Talking out May 15th.
It’s called Power. The chorus really grabbed me on this song.
