Into The Woods

It might just be Australia day here at Indie Music Filter, as when I look through my saved e-mails for music to post, I again come across another band from down under with some great music.  Take a listen to Matt Carins & Ryan Henderson (aka Hollow Coves), who’ve just released their debut EP.  First listens to “The Woods”, I couldn’t help but get taken back to “To Build A Home” by The Cinematic Orchestra, for the similar chord progression and feel in parts.  The song feels more in that Wake Owl, Lord Huron territory and yes, it belongs up here too.
