Other than not having access to a computer, you have no excuse for not hearing Florida band Surfer Blood‘s new album ‘Astro Coast’. Its currently streaming at the MSN Listening Booth and CBS’s Street Date. Of course, not having a computer will probably prevent you from reading all of this…. hmmm.

I just wanted you to hear a good record and something worthy of putting in your ears. The record came out on tuesday and from what I’m reading and hearing, things are going well. Probably more than well, with a Best New Music nod.

Recently, they performed on AOL’s Interface the acclaimed track Swim (below) along with additional Astro Coast standouts Twin Peaks, Take It Easy and Anchorage.
