CWL is the stage name for Jason Drake, one of New York City’s emerging one-man electro-rock artists. He’s done some really nice remixes of two Midlake tracks (‘Young Bride‘ and ‘Roscoe‘).

Here’s a pretty cool version of Pavement’s ‘Cut your Hair.’

I thought this initially, but its not just remixes, there is some original on his myspace. Check out ‘Cutting Balloons’ (hopefully it works).

Can’t wait to hear some music from a collaboration between CWL and Decoder Ring’s Lenka.
