pacing

The view from my office at the moment.  A snow day for most in Toronto, I’m slugging away here at work getting a few things done before the weekend.  Julianna Barwick‘s new music is on the player, as if knowing her song “Pacing” would be the perfect soundtrack to this moment.  As Stereogum says, “resonant echoes and velvety ivories will add some majesty to the snowfall”, the song is the title track from a new EP she’s releasing on Suicide Squeeze (out march 5th).
