France is the world capital for DJ duos. Next on the list, Spitzer.
Spitzer are two brothers (Damien and Matthieu) living in Lyon, France who:
- play electronic music
- are more like producers than djs and
- want you to dance to their music
On their myspace page, you’ll find four tracks from their Roller Coaster EP, which I’m loving here in the office. Was really drawn to the electro bass-pumping sound of Avida Dollars. Listen for the syncopation near the end. Who couldn’t dance to that?
