As a Londoner, I feel extremely proud every time I discover local talents that deserve global attention, such as Rainer. This indie pop duo formed by the charismatic Rebekah Raa and Nic Nell (aka Casually Here) creates beautiful music that blends different influences and styles, resulting in a never-boring, dark and sexy sound. The new video for ‘Satin’, shot by Phil Sharp, is a great testament to those qualities – the strength and movement of the female body was already a feature in their previous video for ‘Girls’, but here reaches the level of what looks like a fashion production, with little twists.
