I’m pleased to put up some new music from Canada/UK electronic band New Hands, their first new music since 2012.  Premiered on Soft Signal the other day, here’s “Swimming” featuring Spence Newell‘s silhouette against jumpy, VHS-quality projections of footage found from years past.
