Its that time of year again. Matthew from I Heart Music has once again polled a good group of Canadians bloggers/writers/radio djs and compiled this years Hottest Bands In Canada.

6 of my top 10 picks made the top 33, including Memoryhouse, Hollerado, Caribou, Owen Pallett, Broken Social Scene and the #1 no contest winner, Arcade Fire.  I also chose Young Empires, Teen Daze, Freedom or Death and Braids (mainly for the great strides these bands have made online over the past year).
