This is quite a beautiful song. “Quantum Entanglement” by P J Pearson (aka San Felu). Pearson is known as one half of cinematic alt-rockers Liu Bei, co-writer and featured musician on Grace Lightman’s ethereal “Vapour Trailsâ€, and live performer with Waylor (ex-Dry The River). As a soloist however, this project sees Pearson stepping out on his own as a musical sanctuarist.
“I started Quantum Entanglement whilst living in a state of flux, it was in fact one of the first pieces I wrote under the name San Felu. I was in a fragmented relationship at the time, and the piece has become a talisman, living in the box at the foot of my bed with all the other potions and spells.â€
When The Gramophone Rings premiered this track yesterday and said “Everything seems to gradually unfold over the course of the track’s five-minute long duration, and as a result, you’re left with an absolute gem. A masterful effort.† I’ve gotta agree.
Take a listen to “Quantum Entanglement”.
