mostly midwest

There’s something about Chris Bathgate’s track “No Silver”. Since posting it, I’ve had it on at least once a day. Now, I’ve come across his Bridgehouse Session at Mostly Midwest which has Chris playing an old dryer for percussion. Watch it here, Amazing. TheMichigan-based singer-songwriter has announced a series of tour dates that will take him around the East coast and Midwest, including a stop at SXSW. Bathgate will start the tour off solo, bare bones with a looping pedal and array of instruments as he is best known for, and will be joined by a full band later on in March and down at SXSW.
