Take a look at the latest video “Saint” from NYC singer VÉRITÉ. On the video she said:
“I’m beyond excited to share the music video for ‘Saint, I wanted to make something simple, striking and odd with a hint of femme fatale serial killer.”
The stunning song appeared on VÉRITÉ’s debut album Somewhere in Between, out last year on Kobalt.
This spring, VÉRITÉ will support Irish singer-songwriter EDEN on his North American tour, which has already sold out shows in Los Angeles, Chicago, Nashville and two nights in New York City.
Looking back on the month of May, the blog looks a little thinner than usual, definitely because I’ve been bad making time for the blog because of a new job. Could also be a slower time for new tunes too, who knows. Either way, these playlists still have some gems, just expect a shorter playlist than usual.
Check out new music from Hannah Georgas, Holy Fuck, Prides, Monogem along with IMF newcomers Carmody and Seramic.

Looking for a new playlist? Check out Indie Music Filter’s “Best Of March 2016” playlists below.
March is statistically such a great time for new music, as you can tell by the size of this months’ group. I had to trim a few from the list, but what’s left, is the cream of the crop from the blogs last month. Tons of new discoveries including Romes, WILDES, Rostam, Teleman plus new tracks from IMF faves Anna Of The North, M83, Oyster Kids, Still Parade and Great Good Fine OK.

Fresh off a successful 2015 with a series of popular singles and her acclaimed second EP, Sentiment, VÉRITÉ has returned with new music in the single “Underdressed”. Harnessing her ability of crafting effortlessly grand, resonant melodies, “Underdressed” is another alternative pop anthem cut with gritty lyrical charm, produced by Stefan Gräslund (Charli XCX). The single builds upon hit singles (and Hypem #1’s) “Weekend”, “Wasteland” and others to take her definitive sound to glorious new heights. 2016 looks set to be another strong year for VÉRITÉ.
VÉRITÉ has also announced that she will embark on a 12-date headline North American tour in May with stops in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. VIP pre-sale tickets are on sale now and general tickets go on sale today, head to her website for details.
