What : This band (pronounced "vy-lenz") is a four-piece NY band formed in the fall of 2007. Coming from former band Lansing-Drieden , expect 60’s pschedelics, sounding something like the Zombies with frenetic guitar, aggressive rhythms, haunting synths and harmonized vocals in reverb. The single (below) is from the bands’ first three song EP . August US dates with Grizzly Bear and Grand Archives , November dates in the UK with MGMT .
