Channel Your Whisky Soul

Next time you jump in front of your recording gear to cover you’refavorite band, consider this competition that I’m going to be a part of. Its an LCBO promotion called Whisky Soul and it just might be your chance to make your covers pay off. The contest offers a grand prize of studio time with a renowned producer, a recorded track, a session with a publicist and a professional photo shoot. To enter, all you have to do is submit your best cover or interpretation of their host track “Don’t Lose Your Soul”.

I’m one of few Aux Bloggers who will be providing feedback andcriticism to the submissions we receive, along with Earmilk and Singing Lamb. I’m looking forward to it, who knows what will be submitted?
