YOUNG EMPIRES TAKEOVER

Hey Indie Music Filter readers, it’s Matthew from Toronto’s Young Empires. We’re on tour right now with the wild and crazy Dragonette crew and have just finished playing our U.S. dates. It’s been a real pleasure reconnecting with Martina, Dan, and Joel. Some of our favourite tour memories are closely associated with Dragonette.

Our very first show in New York was with them back in 2011 at The Bowery Ballroom. Now it’s come full circle, supporting them once more in the big apple at The Bowery. We hope to share some live show photos with you soon. But in the meantime, I wanted to share with you some songs I’m listening to at the moment.
