LISTEN: “Hard On You” by Krrum

This is getting a little ridiculous, as it looks at the moment the only time I’m going to have to post on this blog is either first thing in the morning, or late at night. Let’s see how long I can keep this up!

In skimming the inbox, my eye caught both the uncommon and familiar artist name Krrum in a press release, pitching me the 24-year old producer/artist’s latest single “Hard On You”. You’ll remember that time when I got absolutely hooked on his previous single and #1 charter on the Hype Machine “Evil Twin”.  Using a “kaleidoscopic mix of brass, beats and taut electronics”, “Hard On You” hits almost as hard as the first punch, describing “the realization that you were the villain in a break-up. It’s also about giving up and letting go.”
