Here’s another creative video for one of the incredible songs off Big Data‘s debut album 2.0. “Clean (feat. Jamie Lidell)” is set in Saatchi & Saatchi’s New York office, where the agency had been planning a remodel, trying to find a creative way to tear down the old look of the office. They invited Alan Wilkis and his band to perform the demolition by way of a video shoot for the song, resulting in this “Fight Club-meets-Office Space-style” chaotic flick.
I caught the band this week while on tour with RAC at the Danforth Music Hall and was impressed by Big Data‘s heavy live sound and ability to fill the shoes of all the guest vocalists on the album. Plus Alan’s a super nice guy. It’s always great to meet folks you’ve gotten to know strictly online, posting their tracks and remixes since ’08.
